Return and Refund policies for countries where customs charges are excluded
In an unlikely situation, if the consignee received damaged, defective or wrong product, the product may be returned. The product must be returned to TradingHair in a resalable & unused condition.
For some countries, refund can be processed only for product price and shipping charges for damaged, defective or wrong product as customs fees were not paid at the time of placing an order.
As far as customs charges are concerned, you need to share the customs fee receipt through the link provided and customs charges will be refunded in your TradingHair account. Since customs charges you paid to the customs authority, we offer customs fees in Ucredit as a service gesture.
For DAP shipments, the consignee is responsible for paying customs charges, arranging required documentation and clearing the shipment from customs. In case, consignee failed to provide required documents requested by the customs authority then the shipper would not be liable for any refund.
